- All embroidery portraits are created based on the photo(s) provided by you at the time of order.

- Embroidery placement is as shown in product images unless otherwise requested and approved.
2. Image Quality
- Please upload clear, high-resolution images of your pet. Blurry or low-quality images may result in less detailed embroidery.
- By uploading an image, you confirm you own the rights to use it.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Changes to your order (e.g., name, color, size) must be requested within __ hours of purchase.
