1. No Refunds for Custom Items
- All custom embroidery orders are final and non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
2. Eligibility for a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items
